Most of Barry's friends at the reunion knew of his passing but many did not. He died on August 20,1988 after playing rugby in Regina. He was 33. He had a blood clot in his left coronary artery and died at our car while waiting for me (Jody). Barry was 33. He left a legend in Moose Jaw, his peers named the rugby field after him the "MacDonald Rugby Park". He was an amazing man, a friend to all who knew him.He will live on with our memories and stories that we re-tell over and over!
