The Class of '64 – West Coast Caper
Mark your calendar now for September 16 and 17, 2017
Our first invitation resulted in 26 people saying they will be or will likely be attending. That’s a good start to a party!
If you haven’t already responded, now is your chance to say ‘yes’ to joining us. The survey as originally distributed is below for your completion. Submit your responses back to Lynn Anderson Jest at firstname.lastname@example.org
Feedback from the initial survey indicated that our price point might be high for the Saturday afternoon welcome and for the catered event on the Saturday. Your committee has given that some thought and based on a catering adjustment plus moving to BYOB , we are suggesting a price range between $90 to $115 per person may work. We will know better once we have responses to this second invitation.
A further incentive for attending the West Coast Caper comes from David and Diana Miller. If you plan to include Vancouver Island in your journey, they’ve offered to take five or six of you sailing for a day out of Swartz Bay.
And, as an update to our last email, the Evergreen Line from downtown Vancouver to Coquitlam is up and running. That’s an easy and fast trip for our Saturday reunion.
So take some time now to let us know if you will be attending or if you cannot. As soon as the second invitation numbers are tallied a registration form will be sent out with all the details.
Look forward to hearing from you!
